NEW FINANCIAL YEAR As a New Financial Year begins, FY 2023-2024, I join with my co-founders, directors and management, colleagues and the close-knit Apex Homes staff team to Thank you for all standing strong, through one of the most challenging years for our home building industry but one of the most resilient years for Apex Homes- one of improvements, expansion, growth, and a committed focus to the core areas of our business. NEW UTES - WE’VE ADDED TO OUR CUSTOM FLEET


We’ve added an additional 2 new vehicles to our car fleet as part of the ongoing effort to service existing & new builds, including distressed jobs from other builders whose clients have needed our help. This is “for a temporary period” until the pressures of the current home building industry ease; and we shall review the fleet again to meet construction job deadlines and ongoing demand. Tommy Tasci, a co-founder and Managing Director of Apex Homes is also our designated Fleet Manager. TOMMY TASCI: “Our business now operates a fleet, and we aim to continually increase the efficiency of our assets. Fleet management, from vehicle health, maintenance, fuel costs, and how our drivers and vehicles support our business’s key goals is vital. Across the board, we aim to increase efficiency to get more jobs and business done in satisfactory times. Keeping our fleet in top condition and ensuring the safety of our drivers, staff and the motoring public is of paramount priority.”
